To get the RC book downloaded online in Andhra Pradesh, go to the official Parivahan Sewa website (parivahan.gov.in) and click on “Vehicle-Related Services.” Choose Andhra Pradesh as your state and enter your vehicle’s registration number and the last five characters of the chassis number. Create an OTP and fill it in for verification. Once verified, download and print your RC. If the service is not available on line, you might have to go to the closest RTO

In Andhra Pradesh, the RC renewal can be possible via Parivahan online, or offline at the RTO office. You can make your RC renewal submission by using Form 25 before the expiry date or within 60 days after the expiry date. RTO want your current RC, insurance, tax receipt, and Address proof. After that you will have vehicle inspection. Once all documents and VRC inspection is done, you will get your renewed RC a digital RC or smart card.
