To download RC Book Tripura, go to the Parivahan portal and request a duplicate RC by filling in your vehicle information. Alternatively, you can obtain a digital RC via DigiLocker by connecting it to your Aadhaar account. Be prepared with all the documents needed, including vehicle insurance, PUC certificate, and address proof. In case your RC is lost, you need a copy of FIR to obtain a duplicate. In Tripura, you have the option of renewing your RC using Form 25 online (through Parivahan (Vahan) portal) and also by printing of Form 25, duly filling it up and submitting it to your local DTO/RTO (like Agartala, Kailashahar, Udaipur etc), you will have to upload your existing RC, insurance and PUC and road‑tax receipt, your ID proof and address proof, and a pencil print of your chassis/engine. After you have done your OTP verification and also made your fee payment you will get a slot for inspection and document verification. Once successful you will be issued a renewed RC.
