In Haryana, you need to start the process of RC renewal with Form 25, which is available on the state transport website or the Parivahan/Vahan website. You can start the application process up to 60 days before the expiry date, but you need to upload the necessary documents when you submit the application. You will also need to pay the fees (₹300 for a two-wheeler, ₹600 for a car, up to ₹1,500 for heavy vehicles). The transport authority in Haryana may require an inspection of the vehicle as well as verification of supporting documents before issuing your renewed RC (it is made available via DigiLocker/mParivahan).
