The Parivahan portal offers online capability for RC book download Goa To begin, go to parivahan.gov.in, then ‘Vehicle Related Services,’ and finally ‘Goa. Provide your vehicle registration number, request a duplicate RC, attach any necessary paperwork, and pay online. After verification, you can access your RC book in Goa using DigiLocker or the mParivahan app. Log in to the Vahan Citizen Services portal to check the status of your application.
Always carry a photocopy of your original RC and other essential documents to expedite the application process.

You can renew your RC online using Parivahan Portal or offline at your respective RTO in Goa. You can apply for renewal using Form 25 as well as a current RC, insurance, pollution under control, tax receipt and address proof. The renewal fee that you have to pay is ₹300 for two wheelers and ₹600 for cars. Your application will prefixed by a late fee of ₹300 per month. When source of your application has been validated the renewed RC will either be sent digitally or a smart card.
